多くの方が、Haven（ヘブン）製品を販売するふりをするオンライン詐欺の標的にされている事が分かりました。これらのサイトは当社の画像やビデオを使って、受注し、完全に姿を消すか、安価な普通のハンモックを発送しています。
私達は、これらのサイトを閉鎖する為に膨大な時間を費やしてきました。これまでに、80ページ以上を閉鎖しましたが、まだ続々と出てきています。
Facebookは、報告すると広告を削除してくれますが、専制的なアクションを取ってくれるわけではないので、各サイトを一つ一つ報告する必要があります。全てを把握しようと努力をしていますが、見逃しているものが多くあり、皆さんからのメッセージやEメールに感謝しています。詐欺サイトを見つけた場合はそのリンクを送って下さい。
もしあなたが詐欺の被害にあった場合は、PayPalの請求に異議を申し立てる事をお勧めします。多くの場合は返金し、販売アカウントを調査してくれます。Facebookのように、PayPalもこれらの詐欺については盲目ですが、返金してくれたという報告をいくつか聞いています。
価格が非常に安く、話が良すぎると思うときは、恐らく詐欺です。2020年6月時点で当社の製品はHavenTents.comでのみ購入できるようになっています。この問題に対処する為に、ご理解頂き有難うございます。今後とも、これらの詐欺を阻止する為に皆様のご協力に感謝いたします。
